Investing in Builder Success at IBS
The 2008 International Builders’ Show (IBS) is set to take place on February 13-16 in Orlando, Florida, and Countrywide is demonstrating its commitment to the building industry through its strong involvement as a sponsor and exhibitor at this premier tradeshow and conference held annually by the National Association of Home Builders for leading homebuilders, suppliers and other industry professionals.

Throughout the four-day convention, Countrywide executives and local representatives will participate in IBS ceremonies, committee meetings and other events to meet, strengthen business relationships, network and share ideas with the more than 100,000 attendees expected. The company’s presence will be punctuated at several activities:

· Elite Sponsor of The Nationals. Recognizing excellence in new-home sales and marketing, The Nationals awards will be presented at a gala during IBS on February 13. As an Elite Sponsor, Countrywide will have a prominent presence at the ceremony, and Executive Vice President Jack Haynes will present one of the prestigious awards. More information about the Awards is available at www.thenationals.com.*

· Exhibitor in booth W4359. Representatives from various divisions within Countrywide—including its National Builder Division, Countrywide Insurance Services, Bank and Strategic Business Alliances groups—will be on hand to answer specific questions and discuss the company’s many offerings for enhancing builders’ business. The company’s expert Regional and Divisional Builder Managers will highlight Countrywide’s wide range of builder-centered programs and services, including our innovative Lot Loan, One Time Close Loan, SmartStepSM Buydown Program, strategic business opportunities, and Builder Advantage Web site at builders.countrywide.com.
